Hide the ReSharper Build & Run Window

Prevent the Build & Run window from opening on every build.

• Go to ReSharper > Options > Tools > Build > General
• Uncheck "Tool Window: when build starts, open the build progress view in a tool window."
• We can open it manually from Resharper > Windows > Build & Run
