Go (kinda) zen mode with Visual Studio

Option 1:

Shift + Alt + Enter make the text editor window full screen.

Option 2:

Alt + W + U close all windows except the text editor.

Complement Both:

Alt + Shift + Enter make Visual Studio full screen.
